The ultimate puppet master Barak Obama has definitely found a willing sock for his hand. Supreme Court nominee Sonia Sotomayer ruled in January 2009 that states do not have to obey the second amendment. According to Sotomayor, the second amendment that our Fore Fathers gave us is not a right.
The progressives and liberals like Obama and Sotomayor claim to be anti-gun. My question is this….Why do they only focus on taking guns from those who want to use them legally? If they were really anti-gun…why don’t these liberal judges put away criminals who use guns away for life? Why give them a slap on the hand.
Progressives and liberals continue their onslaught on innocent law-abiding Americans. The government can’t offer us adequate protection…but, they want to make sure we can’t protect ourselves either.
So, here’s how it works. The government takes our tax money and uses it to temporarily house criminals…then they spend more of our tax money to “reform” and “educate” these criminals. Rehabilitation seems to make the government feel good that they’re making a difference….I think not! Now, after they take our money and allow criminals to walk free…they expect us to have no way of protecting ourselves from the very criminals that will get a gun illegally.
Ladies and gentlemen…our political leaders are corrupt and immoral. Our judges are unjust and immoral…twisting the truth….to accomadate their progressive and liberal elite friends in power. And, they are doing it all at the expense of the people and our children. Who is protecting us if we can’t do it? Certainly, not the government!
I don’t like guns. But, what I like less is politicians and judges who think they can blatantly disobey the constitution of the United States. I dislike those in power who disregard what our Founding Fathers instituted for us.
You may disagree…but, what about when the government decides to take away a right that YOU hold dear.
Today its our guns….their working tirelessly to take our freedom of religion…and soon it will be our freedom of speech. When will you stand up and speak out? When will you quit voting in politicians like Obama who think of themselves as god…as czars and dictators?

Apparently, Barney Frank and the democrats have not learned their lesson. It was Frank and the democrats who urged the unconstitutional organizations of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac to lower standards and ignore common sense regarding loaning money for home ownership.

Do you remember? Do you even care? Fannie and Freddie lowered their standards to ensure people attain the “American Dream” of home ownership. They pushed and pushed with no regard for fundamental economic principles…they pushed and pushed to make sure that people who couldn’t afford homes would still get loans. It turned out that as those of us with brains were right…and, these people were unable to make their payments…hence, losing their homes and causing the current housing bust.
But now, Barney Frank is at it again. He and some of his colleagues want Freddie and Fannie to once again lower standards on loans for people wanting to buy condos. I can’t believe that Barney Frank is not aware of our current situation and how it came to be. I can’t believe he isn’t smart enough to know this will cause disaster to our economy once again. But what I do believe…and am very sure about…is that Barney Frank and his ilk know exactly what they’re doing…they are buying votes!
Barney Frank wants to be re-elected. So, he encourages and implements programs that appear to benefit the poor and down-trodden….to give them a piece of the American Dream. He knows that the commmon American is ignorant of his intentions and will look upon him as compassionate toward the down-trodden. This means votes!
In my opinion, Barney Frank is a criminal…an elected one. He is willing to send America down the river to keep himself in power. He is willing that your children and grand-children will pay for what we and he want now. Barney Frank knows that by the time people realize what he has done and is doing…it will be to late to blame him. He doesn’t care about you…your American Dream…or for that matter America. He only cares about himself and his power.
I hope that Americans hold this man accountable for his blatant crimes. I hope Americans have learned that we can be content on what he have now…that we don’t need things we can’t afford. I hope Americans have learned that we don’t need the government taking care of us. I hope Americans have the fortitude to become more involved in what our leaders are doing…and to have the courage to stand-up and speak out. I hope Americans vote Barney Frank and his cronies out of office….
….I hope.

I’m not much of a Michael Jackson fan. However, I was quite interested in watching the memorial that took place at the Staples Center in Los Angeles.
What struck me was the obvious confusion regarding Michael Jackson and his believe or non-believe in God…or more specifically Jesus Christ. Although he was raised baptists’…he eventually got into the cult of Jehovah’s Witness and some other obscure belief systems. Which is why I was suprised at the focus on Jesus Christ and God our Father in some of the speeches…ecspecially the last pastor who spoke…who I thought was brave enough to speak some biblical truths in front of what I can only assume was an atheist crowd.
This is not unique to just Michael Jackson. I have been to many funerals where I knew someone who throughout their life has rejected the Biblical truths of Jesus Christ…who have never shown any outward “fruits of labor” for Christ. Yet, to sit in on their funeral…people speak of the dead as if its assumed this person is in heaven or will have somehow impressed God with their earthly life.
Many who commented on the memorial service say the most profound moment of the day was when Michael Jackson’s daughter briefly commented on what a good father he was and how much she loved him. But, I think we unfortunately missed the point here…the real profound moment was when the pastor at the end of the service stated, “Michael will have to bow to the King of Kings.” This is a reference to the judgement day when we will all be held accountable for our earthly life.
If you are not familiar with the Bible…the Biblical truth is that “Ye must be born again.” To spend eternity with God the Father…you must admit your sinful nature and accept that Jesus Christ died on the cross in your place. No works will get you to heaven, “lest you should boast.”
I cannot and should not judge a man’s heart. God deals with our hearts and only God and the individual can make peace with the gift of salvation. All I can do is look at the life…or the “fruit” of Michael Jackson and wonder what he did for The Lord during his life…outwardly, it doesn’t seem like he did much…but, I do hope that before his last breath…Michael Jackson realized his need for Jesus Christ as his savior and is now spending eternity with the real King.
For so many people to hear from this pastor that we all will bow down before Christ is by far the most profound statement of the entire memorial service. Hopefully, at least one person noticed.
